Agency Matters

We undertake instructions from other firms of solicitors to attend at the Northampton County Court, the Northampton Family Proceedings Court and the Northampton Magistrates Court.

The Courts in Northampton are situated very closely to our offices and we are often able to attend as agents at very short notice.

We are always willing to negotiate a reasonable fee for this service based on the nature and urgency of the matter.

Our firm does not undertake public funding work. However, we would be willing to undertake agency work for a public funded client at public funding rates provided that payment of our costs is made to us upon delivery of our invoice, as opposed to at the end of the case when the public funding bill is paid by the Legal Services Commission.
